CEO | Chief Strategy Officer
Tammy brings experience in strategic planning, business oversight, operations, and creative problem-solving, along with a background in military service and community advocacy. Her work centers on understanding complex challenges, connecting people and resources, and developing practical plans that help businesses and communities move forward.
As the Chief Strategy Officer at Summit Impact, she guides business assessments, organizational planning, and new initiatives. She helps clients clarify priorities, work through obstacles, and turn ideas into action, with attention to both the details and the people affected by each decision.
Brittany “Brit” Bindon
COO | Director of Operations
Brit brings experience in executive support, business operations, and community advocacy, along with a bachelor’s degree in psychology focused on child and adolescent development. Her work has centered on organizing complex responsibilities, coordinating people, and keeping important details from falling through the cracks.
At Summit Impact, she supports day-to-day operations, project coordination, team communication, and follow-through. She helps turn broad goals into practical steps and keeps the work moving.
